What is Wuji Qigong?
Wuji refers to an open and empty state of mind and a natural attitude. In Chinese cosmology, Wuji is the state before “things” came into being, before yin and yang became distinct.
One could say that you let all feelings and thoughts dissolve in the space of your consciousness. This will bring you back to core before you do, think and feel all kinds of things. The Energy that is then manifested is called in Chinese the yuan qi or “original energy”.
In this video Francesco shows the Wuji Qigong exercise: Wuji Qigong Swimming Dragon.
This is fairly simple but very power full exercise when done correctly. It opens the whole body from the ankles to the neck to allow Chi to flow freely through the body.
