There is no doubt that Qigong practice has many benefits. Some of them include:
-increasing your energy
-helping the body heal from old injuries
-slowing down or reversing the aging process
The key to making Qigong practice work is to be able to practice regularly. This is a message that I have mentioned in previous videos and articles and I will continue to mention into the future. If you take nothing from this style of Qi Gong I would encourage you to remember that – regular practice will give you the best results.
This is a simple routine that you can do anywhere, anytime. It will help balance your overall energy and increase circulation throughout the entire body. Enjoy!
