Another great video from Qigong teacher Jeffrey Chand on how Qigong can help you when you have headaches or migraines.
Jeffrey Chand is an Canadian Acupuncturist with a diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Read here how he discovered Qigong and was thought by Qigong Masters.
Headaches and migraines can have a lot of causes, sometimes teas can help when people have headaches like Chamomile, Ginger, Peppermint, Feverfew and many more. Make sure you’re staying hydrated, getting enough rest and trying to reduce stress.
In this video Jeffrey explains how practicing Qigong can help alleviate headaches and migraines. And how integrating Qigong in you life can help ease things in life. Qigong must be seen as a compliment to western medicine and is wise to be viewed that way.
He goes in depth about the different types of headaches, what could potentially cause them and more. A great video to learn something new.

There are many reasons to practice Qigong. From low energy, burnout, stress, digestion problems, insomnia, and pain to headaches and migraines Qigong can definitely help.
I am sure I have mentioned it before, but the key to making a Qigong practice really work is consistency. If you can try to practice Qigong everyday for 5-20 minutes I am sure you will notice some relief.
