Hi guys, this short Qigong sequence is a combination of a few practices Dao Yin Qigong and Qigong tapping technique.
The movements are designed to aid blood circulation in the upper back and release muscle tension from the neck and shoulders so we feel good and relaxed.
You can do this sequence first thing in the morning or anytime during the day. As you do the exercise, be aware of the feelings and sensations in the body. It helps to connect with the body and stay present during the practice.
